Late arrival, reschedule policy.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are running more than 15 minutes late it may require you to reschedule your appointment by phone. If you cancel your appointment the day of your service, True Beauty  MedSpa reserves the right to send you an invoice for a $50 late cancellation fee.
